We were extremely impressed with the reception team at V Hotel Sadovaya. They were friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, making communication a breeze. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, from helping us book a table at a restaurant to resolving an issue with a taxi driver. The hotel also provided umbrellas for us to use when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The rooms were clean, and the bed and bathroom were comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including eggs, sweets, and coffee. we highly recommend V Hotel Sadovaya for couples and families.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is very central and close to a tube station. The staff was incredibly gracious and professional, making me feel at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was spotless, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of tasty food. Lastly, the adjacent Cook'kareku restaurant is fantastic, offering delicious late-night eats.

The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety and delicious options to choose from. I also loved the modern and clean rooms with comfortable beds. the location was perfect for my business trip as it was centrally located and easily accessible by both public transportation and foot. One of the best things about this hotel was the free bottles of water provided in the room, which was a nice touch.

The staff's level of English was not quite up to par for an international hotel, and I had some difficulty communicating with them. the air conditioning was not very strong, which made it somewhat uncomfortable during the hot summer months.

This hotel is perfectly located near Cook'kareku restaurant, in the heart of the city, and close to the tube station. the rooms are spacious, clean and comfy with great amenities such as Nespresso machines and complimentary bottled water. the service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff, and a lovely breakfast with a great variety of options.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was unforgettable. The amenities provided, like bottled water and a Nespresso machine in the room, were very useful. The most important thing was the location, it was in the heart of the city allowing us to explore the best attractions. We enjoyed walking to the museums and restaurants nearby, as well as being able to easily access the subway stations.

The walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbors. However, it didn't disturb us much.
